I had a small issue that needed addressed. customer service responded very fast. no more issue. we dont see this as much in the business world. great job. what is great, look close guys at the blue sleeve an what holds it in place. GENIUS, VELCRO STRAP. so, if you serf around you can find multiple different sleeves that will work with this toy. so, i didnt really buy 1 toy. i bought 2, maybe 5, 10, 20 different toys. see what i mean. you can even buy different sleeves, even if they are large. sharp scissors, imagination, an trim them down to adapt to the toy. GREAT JOB GUYS

Most toys are not this well built thay tend to be cheeply built. Battery last well over an hour it even lets you know when it's getting low by flashing the control button's. Service after sales is great, I have a problem with the product. Very quick to respond and solve the problem. I am well pleased with product and service!
The product is easy to charge and holds its charge for quite some time. I've yet to have to recharge it. Cleaning it is easy as well and its ability to be used w/ most accessories is a definite plus.
Very quiet and has a long stroke which is ideal. Very easy to clean and has some weight to it which shows it made of high quality materials. It has plenty of power and will hold any toy I throw at it. I would highly recommend this to anyone that tired of using their hand. It very comfortable and performs well
The material is solid, the silicone part is really soft, which feels nice to the touch. It's rechargeable, which is super convenient for me since I don't have to worry about it suddenly running out of power. I can adjust it to different modes depending on my needs, which I particularly like. Cleaning it is also quite straightforward, not making it a hassle at all.
